Three things we do differently — and why they matter to a facilities manager.
Every commercial cleaning company in the West Metro says the same things on their website: reliable, thorough, professional, affordable. None of those words tells you anything about how they actually operate. Here is how we actually operate.
Before a crew enters your building, there is a document that lists every area, every task and every frequency. That document is the standard we're measured against. If a task is in the scope and it isn't done, we return to do it — no debate about whether it was "included."
Most commercial cleaning relationships that end badly end because the scope was verbal. "Clean the offices" is not a scope. Our scopes name the restroom fixtures, the floor type, the dwell time for disinfectants, the trash liner size and the supply restocking responsibility. That level of specificity takes more time to produce but eliminates the most common source of disputes.
We do not operate as a dispatch pool — a model where whoever is available gets sent to your building that night. We assign a primary crew to each account before the first clean and that crew stays with the account unless something changes. Consistent crews learn the space: which conference rooms need early turnover, which tenant is particular about their desk area, what the loading dock schedule looks like. That knowledge produces better results than a crew seeing your building for the first time every week.
Our quote is a number. Not a range, not "starting from," not an estimate subject to scope creep. We produce the quote from a written scope, and the price on the quote is the price on the invoice. If the scope changes — you add square footage, add a service or change frequency — we issue a written amendment before we start the additional work. You always know what you're paying and why.
A cleaning contractor with 22 years of business history in the West Metro has survived enough economic cycles, enough staff turnover and enough difficult accounts to know how to run this correctly. We're not cheaper than every competitor. We're more predictable — and in a service relationship, predictability is worth paying for.
A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote — you don't have to request it. Our bonding and workers' compensation documentation is available on request. Many facilities managers require this before any cleaning contractor enters the building. We have it ready before you ask.
One call. We measure the space, write the scope, and send a fixed price within one business day.
